Click Art Events 2020
Press release
Cormano
Saturday 11 January 2020, the artistic season of the Click Art cultural center, located in via Dall'Occo 1, resumes. Starting from 5.30 pm, at the Click Art contemporary art gallery, the collective exhibition lasting twenty days will be inaugurated, from title: "EMOTIONS" among courtyards, courtyards and buildings of the 1600s, in the historic center of Cormano The season will kick off with the collective exhibition "EMOTIONS" a simple title, but which immediately makes the intentions of the exhibition very clear.
The artists:
Lucio Barlassina, Beatrice Di Francescantonio, Marco Danese, Luigi Franco, Liliana Fumagalli, Marco Ghezzi, Magdalena Grandi, Gianmaria Lafranconi, Susanna Maccari, Eddi Pettenò, Luigi Profeta, Maria Remigio, Camelia Rostom, Michele Sliepcevich
The exhibited works will examine photography, painting and sculpture. It is therefore an expressive challenge, that of giving strength and balance to works that lead to elaborating each one with his own technique, the Emotions. What is hidden inside the thought of an artist? What pictorial gesture is imposed on the canvas?
How far can abstraction go? This is the challenge that we want to launch with the collective exhibition "EMOTIONS", where each artist will be able to illustrate their work, telling us the moment in which the imagination, the pictorial gesture, their emotions, the result of study and experimentation, arise.
We are curious to see what the results can be and what the response of the public will be, which in the past editions has always been attentive and generous. There are many emotions, each artist will bring their own specific feelings into the field, each with their own way of expressing themselves and trying their hand at their works. Different emotions, which at least for once, can coexist together smoothly and dichotomies.

Camelia Rostom, born in Beyrouth in Lebanon in 1981, graduated in Art Education from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Pedagogy in 2003, and obtained a license in Computer Science and Graphic Design in 2008. She continued her training by collaborating with the laboratory of interior design and painting by Badih Semaan in 2003 and by Roger Semaan in 2004 in Lebanon, deepening the techniques of painting and sculpture. The combination of these training realities and the assiduous commitment to Art Graphics and Painting, have given rise to a production that favors details, where the chiaroscuro, the shadow and light areas seem to bring the elements back to life. . The works are characterized, from the executive point of view, by a considerable complexity due to the use of multiple strategies and techniques and styles. In the choice of the artistic theme it is like a chameleon: it changes image colors and style. For her, art is freedom! In his works, he always tells us about the human soul, about his sufferings, his weaknesses, but also about his strength, his love and his friendship. In her works, superior technical and artistic skills are denoted, her ability in the use of materials and equipment, allow her to create unique and fascinating works, where the viewer is involved and enraptured by her colors, her shapes, her stories. And we can talk about stories, precisely because each of his works is a story, it is a book to be read carefully, so as not to miss the moment in which his deep thought manifests itself in us. I don't want to dwell too much on aesthetically appealing big words, because Camelia's work is clean and elegant, just like her. Camelia Rostom's painting deserves to be known and appreciated by everyone, and we can do this on Saturday 1 February 2020 at 5.30 pm at the inauguration of her personal “STORIES OF A BRUSH”. The exhibition will continue until February 13th from Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 - 12.00 / 15.00 - 19.00 Sunday 10.00 - 12.30

Collective painting
"Woman and colors"
opening hours: 5.30 pm free admission
On Saturday 15 February 2020, the Cultural Art Click Art inaugurates the new collective exhibition of painting, "The woman and the colors". The headquarters of the Click Art Cultural Artistic Center is in Cormano (MI), in via Dall'Occo 1, among courtyards, courtyards and buildings from the 1600s. The inauguration is at 5.30 pm.
This exhibition was born with the intention of giving space to female art.
I wanted to bring together artists who are very different from each other, in terms of style, language, technique, but who in the end, seen side by side, tell us about the experience of each one, their feelings, their sensitivity, their emotions in front of the canvas, precisely because human feelings are universal. The gaze of the woman on the world, and not the gaze of the world on the woman.
For too long, female art has been snubbed except in some sporadic cases. Fortunately, in recent decades there has been an epochal change, finally the female artist has been able to express herself freely, and the results have been seen, strong and clear.
I have repeatedly expressed the desire to carry out this exhibition, especially in this historical period of our so-called "civilized" country where women are still mistreated, mistreated, and too often killed by men who are nothing human. Femicide, this is how the murder of a woman, a mother, a partner, a daughter is defined, yes, because every time a woman dies at the hands of a man, that woman could be our mother, our daughter. or our partner, accepting all this is no longer possible in a society that defines itself as such.
The artists in alphabetical order are:
Beatrice Di Francescantonio
Liliana Fumagalli
Fiorella Immorlica
Susanna Maccari
Eddi Pettenò
Camelia Rostom
"SOLIDARITY on-line exhibition"
15 - 30 APRIL 2020
Small galleries, small cultural centers, are the soul of the artistic community all over the world. Many of you are emerging artists, other established artists and many of you support the activities of these cultural centers that, day after day, strive to make your art, your creativity, and your work known. Now the cultural centers and small galleries are experiencing a moment of great difficulty, and the Click Art Cultural Artistic Center, unfortunately, is not exempt from this discomfort. We know very well that this is a difficult time for everyone, but we must try to keep our feet firmly on the ground and think about the future. We have already had to cancel four exhibitions from the program, and for a small non-profit cultural center, that's a lot. I thought of creating an online exhibition, on the Click Art Facebook page, where each participant will be able to exhibit a work, with a small contribution that you will decide in which entity, a figure that Click Art will be able to support and that will cover the costs. that we will have to face. Click Art, he has never forgotten to help others, or artists in difficulty, and we want to do it even now, because I believe that solidarity can also be done in our small way, with a little help, and I thought that works displayed on the Click Art page, can be sold for € 100 so that anyone can buy them and donate the proceeds to civil protection. The online exhibition, however, will create a winner who wins a "physical" exhibition here at the one-week Click Art, the votes will be decreed by the likes received, so that no one can vote twice for the same work. The exhibition will start on April 15, until April 30, the works will be voted on, and will be on sale at a price of € 100, so think about a work that you want to donate for that amount. I embrace you all and I hope to have given you the inspiration for something useful and that will keep us united in these sad days for everyone. For information write to: Centro Cultural Artistico Click Art - Mail: c.culturalaleclickart@gmail.com
Luigi Profeta The on-line exhibition was born with the aim of raising funds for civil protection, each artist donates a work of their choice, which will be exhibited on the Click Art facebook page, and can be voted and purchased by visitors at a price of € 100 which will be paid directly to the civil protection. The winner of the on-line exhibition will win a one week “physical” exhibition at our premises.
The on-line exhibition opens on Tuesday 15 April, from that date it is possible to vote for the works and purchase them at a price of € 100 each. The person who wins the work must book it under the photo of the work, and will communicate it to the Click Art cultural center, after which he will make the bank transfer. Once the payment has been made, Click Art will affix under the photo of the work sold the words: "WORK NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR DONATION MADE." The amount collected will be devolved entirely to civil protection.
The delivery of the works, in compliance with the provisions of the government and the regions, will be carried out as soon as the circulation is possible, directly to the buyer and in the case of people outside the area by post paid by Click Art. THE UNSOLD WORKS REMAIN OWNERSHIP 'OF THE ARTIST
